Design Build Search is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading Construction Consultancy offering a range of cost management and project management services to blue chip clients in a wide variety of sectors.
Our client excels with construction quality and standards. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry, and deliver the very highest standards on some of the most exciting construction projects In Ireland.
Requirements:
- 7+ year’s of Project Management experience with a local Construction Consultancy
- Experience with Residential, Commercial projects. Health
- Pharma or Data Centres experience would be an advantage
- Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or a related field
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent level of report writing skills.
- Exceptional communication and computer skills.
- Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary of between €70,000 – €80,000 (DOE)
