Responsibilities:

• Team Management: supervise a team of engineers, acting as mentor for junior engineers, reviewing and delgating work as necessary.
• Relationships: build relationships with other parts of the business, with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders.
• Business Development: ensure repeat business with current clients and identify opportunities with potential clients.
• Project Management: deliver large scale projects to client’s brief, optimising costs, managing project resources, managing contracts, reporting to senior management
