Team Lead Overview:
- Based on site in Dublin 4.
- Manage all aspects of a service contract across a large active campus.
- Manage the maintenance team, third-party contractors.
- Circa 7-10 direct reports (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, GO’s, etc).
- Liaise with client management representatives daily.
- Ensure that all buildings, services and equipment are effectively maintained in accordance with service contract and KPI’s.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and team.
Requirements:
- Trade qualification – Mechanical or Electrical.
- 4+ years’ experience in Hard FM / Maintenance for buildings (construction, maintenance, installation).
- Full driving licence.
- Team leadership and teambuilding skills are essential.
- Ability to represent client with customer leadership team.
- High level of computer literacy (for report writing and business management).
- Very client-focused outlook, with a strong service delivery background.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary circa €50-55k
