Job Details

Team Lead Overview:

  • Based on site in Dublin 4.
  • Manage all aspects of a service contract across a large active campus.
  • Manage the maintenance team, third-party contractors.
  • Circa 7-10 direct reports (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, GO’s, etc).
  • Liaise with client management representatives daily.
  • Ensure that all buildings, services and equipment are effectively maintained in accordance with service contract and KPI’s.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and team.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification – Mechanical or Electrical.
  • 4+ years’ experience in Hard FM / Maintenance for buildings (construction, maintenance, installation).
  • Full driving licence.
  • Team leadership and teambuilding skills are essential.
  • Ability to represent client with customer leadership team.
  • High level of computer literacy (for report writing and business management).
  • Very client-focused outlook, with a strong service delivery background.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary circa €50-55k
