Ian has been working in the construction recruitment industry in Ireland since 2016, and joined DesignBuild Search in late 2017.
Ian's Bio
Before moving into a client-facing role, the early part of his career was focused on candidate generation across all construction sectors. Ian prides himself on his consultative approach to recruitment - advising clients on the best strategies for finding the right talent, and helping jobseekers find their perfect role or employer. While Ian has a track record across multiple sectors, he has found particular success in the Engineering arena - Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical. Outside of recruitment, Ian enjoys following rugby & Formula 1, watching old movies, and reading history or science fiction. Ian splits his time between his hometown of Wexford and Dublin.
