Job description
Design Build Search are working with a rapidly growing engineering company based in Wexford, Ireland. Growing year on year they have firmly established themselves as one of Ireland’s leading Structural Steel, Architectural Steel and Cladding & Roofing contractors.

They are looking to add a Projects Coordinator to the team, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer skills and some knowledge of the construction industry. With room to grow, this is an perfect role for someone to get their feet wet in Project Management and learn the ropes from the ground up.

Duties are as follows:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Contract Manager
  • Execute project management administrative and book-keeping tasks as managing invoices, purchase orders, etc
  • Assist in project procurement process
  • On-going consultation with site teams regarding their requirements needs for the project
  • Manage project WHS and QA documentation
  • Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Construction experience a must
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full clean driver’s license
  • Be self-driven
