Electrical Engineer – Commercial Construction Contractor – Kildare

DesignBuild Search are working with a rapidly expanding Irish construction company, Due to growth across Ireland and Europe they have multiple openings for Electrical Engineers. The successful applicants will be involved in DC, Pharma and Industrial projects. To be considered you must hold a valid EU passport as occasional travel to European project might be required.
 
Scope of projects include:
Data centre
Pharma
Food processing plant

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• 2+ years post college experience
• Previous Electrical experience with a main contractor or subcontractor

 
 
Typical Duties:

• Liaise with design teams and coordinate with Electrical Project Manager.
• Ensure the Electrical sub-contractors receive the info to progress installation according to design and specification
• Involved in weekly meetings related to coordination of electrical works on site
• Attend project meetings and present progress reports as required
• Provide the project teams with updates on electrical installation and progress
• Ensure quality is in line with Design 
• Commissioning of projects
