Will started his journey in London, working in renewable energy and facilities management before moving into an international recruitment role. He partnered with global companies across industries such as property, FM, retail, and hospitality, focusing on Europe, the Middle East, and SE Asia. After this, Will specialised in FM recruitment across the UK and Ireland, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced market. He then returned to Dublin, where he focused on recruitment within the Construction and Engineering sectors, successfully placing candidates across pharma, power plants, industrial, commercial, and residential roles at all levels. Outside of work, Will is passionate about sport, particularly soccer, F1, rugby, and GAA. He enjoys socialising with family and friends and seeking out new adventures.
