Electrical QAQC Engineer- Denmark – Pharmaceuticals Project
A leader in the installation of mechanical and electrical services there is a 9 month fixed term opportunity for an experienced Electrical QAQC Walkdown Engineer to join a project in Denmark.
The Opportunity
This role will work closely with the wider project leadership team to ensure projects meet the highest standards, meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations and deliverables. A key focus is the ability to plan and manage quality systems and procedures effectively.
Reporting to the Project Manager, here are some of the key duties of this role
- Implementation of Quality and Inspection Test Plans on projects
- Prepare electrical handover inspection and test documentation, and operation & maintenance manuals
- Liaise with sub-contractors and approve their proposed TTOPs
- Review completed electrical test documentation and populate into the electrical TTOPs
- Issue the relevant ITRs to the Cx Agent to achieve the Cx tagging
- Perform quality inspections of the installations and control the close-out of defects
- Support the commissioning procedures with the relevant test inspection data
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project. Meetings/inspections with local regulatory bodies
- Review and issue final handover packages to the client
- Liaise with the client on installation and quality matters
- Attend quality meetings
- Input into weekly progress reporting on quality items
- Perform internal quality audits
Key Qualifications Required
- Electrical craft qualification with QAQC experience or Electrical Engineering degree with QAQC experience
- Quality auditing experience or relevant qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
