Project Manager

Design Build Search is seeking an Project Manager on behalf of our client based, a leading Main Contractor based in Sandyford, Co Dublin.

The selected candidate will be working on a new project in Dublin, with the chance to work across both Commercial and Residential builds. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants variety, challenge, and real impact.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of managing, coordinating, and completing your assigned part of the project.
• Make sure all work meets our goals for safety, design, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Support, motivate, and guide your team so they can do their best work.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and everyone
• Look for better ways to work and bring new ideas or technologies to the table.
• Create clear short- and medium-term plans to help avoid risks and keep the project on track.

Requirements

• A relevant engineering degree
• 7+ years of experience after qualification
• Strong background as a Project Manager, especially on large refurbishment or fit-out projects
• Experience working your way up in a main building contractor is a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
