Design Manager – Construction Building Contractor – Dublin 
A employer of choice in the Building Construction Industry has an opportunity for a Design Manager, based in Drumcondra and reporting to the Project Manager the Design Manager is responsible for the technical management of the building project. Proactive in your approach you will be capable of managing multidisciplinary teams, experienced in dealing with design teams and other third parties and have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
A number of years relevant experience in a building construction contracting environment is required as are problem solving skills, the ability to work to deadlines and an appreciation for health and safety, quality, programme and commercial return.
Requirements:

• Relevant building contractor experience 
• Degree level qualification in engineering, construction management or related subject
• Commercial, Residential, Industrial project experience 
• Membership of a relevant professional institute such as Engineers Ireland is desirable.
