Bid Manager

Design Build Search is seeking an experience Bid Manager on behalf of our client, an award winning consultancy firm based in South Dublin.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of bids and proposals, developing clear, compelling content designed to win work and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire bid process, from opportunity identification to coordinating resources and ensuring on-time submission.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive and support strategic business development efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to source relevant content and insights for persuasive proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on digital tools and technologies relevant to content management and process automation.
• Take ownership of the visual and design elements for both digital and printed bid responses.
• Ensure all submissions meet client specifications and align with their broader project goals.
• Track and evaluate bid performance, including leading post-submission reviews and feedback sessions.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
• Work in close alignment with the marketing team to uphold brand standards and maintain content consistency across all platforms.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years’ experience in leading bids or proposal management for large-scale initiatives.
• Degree-qualified in business, communications, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of public procurement processes, including e-Tenders and industry-specific procedures.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage the end-to-end bid process effectively.
• Skilled at presenting complex ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Analytical mindset with robust research skills.
