Design Building Search are working closely with a asbestos specialist consultancy who continue to grow throughout the Dublin/Leinster region. Due to success and strategic growth, they have an opening for an Asbestos surveyor. The successful applicant will operate across the greater Dublin region with a combination of site and office. Our client will offer structured training and progression.
Minimum
Extensive experience in asbestos identification
Excellent and accurate report writing skills
Experience of working in live projects
Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
Key accountabilities
Primarily working within the commercial sector undertaking a wide range of building surveying including
- Testing for asbestos in live environments
- Comply with legislative and safety regulations
- Contract administration
- Technical Due Diligence
- Dilapidations
- Building Pathology
- General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
