Energy & Sustainability Lead
Our client provides strategic, long-term sustainable solutions to the real estate sector in Ireland and Europe. Combining expertise of Construction Consultants, Project Management and Energy to provide practical implementation of long-term strategic solutions for the built environment.
Due to increased growth in the business there is an opportunity for a Sustainability Lead based in Dublin. You will work alongside a team of sustainability and energy efficient professionals. The focus of the role will be on energy efficient and sustainability projects and incorporate and follow up on Sustainability Standards such as (IECC, LEED, AHSRAE) on new buildings, renovation and building management options.
You will have expertise in producing and maintaining ESG data reports, monitor energy and manage ESG software. You will be skilled in coordinating energy and waste audits, facilitating green building certifications and developing strategies to achieve GHG emissions and resource reduction targets.

To be considered

• Practical experience in a similar role, qualifications and research alone won’t be considered
• CEA or CEM auditor
• Non-domestic BER experience
• Experience in a consultancy environment with experience in LEED, BREEAM In-Use, and BER assessments (commercial primarily).
