We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Dublin on a full-time, permanent basis. This position provides the opportunity to be a key player in a company that is pioneering greener, cleaner solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead the field sales team to consistently meet performance targets by providing regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Organise and facilitate group training sessions to improve team capabilities and address any skill gaps.
  • Ensure both individual and team sales objectives are achieved.
  • Hold regular performance reviews with the team at the office to assess progress and address any challenges.
  • Support team members in achieving their sales targets through hands-on guidance and field-based mentorship.
  • Work closely with team leads and the sales leadership to plan and refine sales campaigns, ensuring strategies align with overall company goals.
  • Proactively identify new business prospects and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Represent the company’s services in a compelling and persuasive manner during sales presentations, effectively addressing potential customer concerns.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the company’s products and services to maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Interact confidently with potential customers, offering tailored solutions and ensuring a customer-first approach at all times.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure a smooth process and continued engagement.
