M&E Coordinator

Job Details

Design Build Search are working with one of Ireland’s leading general building contractors. They are currently recruiting a M&E coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years’ experience and will be offered the opportunity to progress and develop their career with an continually growing contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the on-site installation and commissions of all M&E activities.
  • Assisting with the development of the work breakdown structure and the project schedule.
  • Setting up and maintaining budgets and expenditures.
  • Maintaining project contracts and other documentation for customers, contractors and suppliers.
  • Making sure the requirements of the quality management plans are met.
  • Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are upheld and met, by accompanying H&S officers on site and producing action reports.
  • Coordinating the team communications, interactions and activities.
  • Producing risk assessments of the project.

Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of site management experience.
· Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Trades.
· Proven track record in completing M&E projects from concept to completion.
· Experience working with a main contractor.
· Strong initiative, self-motivation, and work ethic.
· Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
· In-depth technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry.
