Design Build Search is seeking a skilled Site Clerk to join our clients construction project team for an upcoming residential project in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

The Site Clerk will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks on the construction site, supporting the site engineer and site foreman.

With over 60 year’s of local experience, our client is an expert when it comes to residential construction. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close knit team, who offers exciting and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

  • General Site Administration
  • Document control for the site management team
  • Quality Control
  • H&S Paperwork Administration
  • Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for the accounts related activities performed on site
  • Maintaining site order book and reconciling orders with delivery dockets
  • Inspection of deliveries where possible
  • Undertaking data entry and back-up

Requirements:

  • At least 3 year’s previous Site Clerk experience working in residential construction
  • Construction related qualification preferred
  • Must be diligent and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full Driving License

Remuneration

  • Base salary ranging between €45,000 – €55,000
  • Annual Bonus
  • Pension
