A progressive and cutting edge Health & Safety Consultancy has an opportunity for a Health & Safety Consultant across various industries including construction and manufacturing in Dublin. Working as part of a collaborative team you will be instrumental in servicing clients through hybrid and client site interfacing. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a range of documentation in line with client’s requirements and expectations as per commercial agreements,
  • Review existing documentation and prepare reports of findings.
  • Conduct site inspections and EHS audits where required,
  • Develop/audit Safety Management Systems.
  • Assist in maintaining ISO standards on client’s behalf,
  • Act as Health and Safety Coordinator for PSCS.
  • Act as Health and Safety Coordinator for PSDP.
  • Advise clients of their legislative roles and responsibilities.
  • Liaise with Department Management and clients providing progress reports and updates.

To be Considered:

  • Construction Industry experience
  • Hold a recognised level 8 qualification in Occupational or Environmental Health & Safety
  • At least 3-5 years’ health and safety experience, preferably with elements of consulting as well as safety officer/advisors duties,
  • Have a good understanding of legislation and ability to advise clients of their legal requirements.
  • Experience in report writing and the development of Health and Safety documentation.
  • Experience with the Environmental aspect of Health and Safety is preferable.
  • Experience within PSDP duties from previous projects is preferable,
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Systems is preferable.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible across a range of projects and industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent literacy and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft and document control.
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling required.
  • Full Clean Irish driver’s license.
