Safety PSDP Consultant 
A progressive and cutting edge Health & Safety Consultancy has an opportunity for a skilled and knowledgeable Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) Consultant to join the team in Dublin. As a PSDP Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating the design process, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the designated Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) under the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations.
  • Coordinate the design process to ensure health and safety considerations are integrated from concept through to construction stages.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification related to design activities.
  • Review design documentation, specifications, and drawings to verify compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Advise project teams on health and safety issues during the design phase.
  • Participate in design reviews and workshops to promote safe design principles.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on health and safety matters.


  • Proven experience as a Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation, including the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations.
  • Experience in design coordination and risk management within construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety preferred.
