Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator

DesignBuild Search are working with a tier 1 Irish contractor, due to ongoing projects they have an opening for an M&E Coordinator. The successful applicant will work in tandem with the Building services Manger on a mix of projects.
Scope of projects include:
Commercial
Pharma
Industrial
Hotel
Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience
• Previous M&E experience with a main contractor or large subcontractor

 
Typical Duties:

• Liaise with design teams and MEP subcontractors
• Ensure the MEP sub-contractors receive the info to progress installation according to design and specification
• Organise weekly meetings related to coordination of the MEP works on site
• Attend project meetings and present progress reports as required
• Provide the project teams with updates on MEP installation and progress
• Ensure quality is inline with Design
• Commissioning of projects
